What is an RCIC?
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is an authorized & certified representative who specializes in the Canadian Immigration System. If you need immigration advice, your RCIC can provide guidance and support with your application for the various categories within the Canadian immigration system. Regulated Immigration Consultants have met competency standards which all licensees must adhere to; it requires fostering a relationship of trust, acting ethically with honesty, integrity respecting the client’s privacy, and working diligently to conduct matters on the client’s behalf. All RCIC’s are Bonded & required to hold Liability Insurance, this means that if your RCIC is negligent, you can legally file a complaint with the Regulatory College and sue them to recoup unearned fees.
